Royal White: Vidal Blanc grown in our vineyard. It has floral aromas and flavors of peach, pear and lemon with a long dry finish.


Ostrich White: Gruner Veltliner grown in Upper Hiwassee Highlands AVA. Citrus nose with flavors of lemon and grapefruit. finishes with minerality


Elkhorn White: Traminette wine starts with floral and spicy notes, tastes like flowers, and honey, and ends dry with lemon grass/citrus flavors. 


Southern Lady: Chardonel tastes like unoaked Chardonnay with more melon flavors. Grown in western N. Carolina.


Lace White: Cayuga White wine grown in Upper Hiwassee Highlands AVA. Aromas of grapefruit and peach. Flavors of pineapples and peach.​​


Autumn Rosé: Cynthiana (aka Norton) grapes grown in Cherokee County pressed just after picking. It is a full bodied semi-sweet wine. A spicy aroma with strawberry and other berry flavors.  The finish is both sweet and with a slightly tart blackberry flavor.  Pairs well with desserts as well a spicy dishes. 


Appalachian Pink Rosé: A sweet Catawba wine from grapes grown in Andrews NC. The wine has pineapple and other tropical fruit aromas and green apple and citrus flavors. Gold Medal NC State Fair 2022


Mountain Wood Reda dry full bodied wine made from Cherokee County Cynthiana (aka Norton) grapes - past vintage Silver medals. Tastes like blackberry and plum flavors with a spicy nose and finish Silver Medal NC State Fair 2021


Fiddlehead Red: a dry full-bodied wine made from western N. Carolina Cabernet Franc, Mourvedre and Arondell grapes Won doubleGold Medal at the 2024 NC state wine competition.


Tassel Red: a dry wine made from a Merlot blended with Cabernet Franc grapes from N. Georgia. Full bodied dry wine with cherry and strawberry flavors.


Resurrection Red: A sweet blend of grapes from Cherokee County vineyard. This is a full bodied wine with plum, black currants and black fruit flavors.


Black Lady: Blackberries and blueberries from NC used to make this wine. Sweet with the tartness of the fruit at the finish.
